The IR35 Guarantee incorporates the Accountax IR35 SafeGuard protection but takes that peace of mind one stage further.  Not only does it cover all our professional fees for handling the case and representation at the Tax Tribunal but it also includes the cost of any Tax and NI and interest and penalties that your company would be liable for should HMRC win.

As with the IR35 SafeGuard, in order to take out the Guarantee you need to have an Accountax IR35 Contract or have a contract reviewed and approved by Accountax as being outside of IR35.
